Shoaib wanted to fulfill his mother’s dream

When Faizal asked about Shoaib’s journey, he told that he was doing software engineering. But he wanted to fulfill his mother’s dream.

Shoaib said that his mother wanted to see him become a singer. However, this was very difficult for her. That is why he tried his luck in a modeling career. After this, he switched to an acting career. The actor also told how he got his first show.

Eliminated in first audition

Shoaib told that he gave his first audition for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. However, he was thrown out of this audition, due to which he was heartbroken. After this, Shoaib told his father that he will complete his engineering studies and then go to Mumbai to struggle.


Then Shoaib told that when he was in the 6th semester of engineering, he got a call from the gym owner, who asked him to go to a friend’s studio for audition. But by then Shoaib was tired of failure and he ignored this message. Then after a week he got a call again and was asked why did you not go? So Shoaib said – brother, not now, I am tired now. But he asked Shoaib to go once.

when I got my first show

Then Shoaib went for the audition and the director told him that he will call him after the audition. After a month, Shoaib got a call for Rehna Hai Teri Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein. They asked him to come to Mumbai. At that time, Shoaib’s family’s financial situation was not very good. So they went by train instead of plane. They did not get a confirmed ticket, so they went to Mumbai standing.
